Our upheavel from the SICU to Peadiatric ICU has turned out to be a very good, positive move. It is quiet, calm and very friendly here. The staff is wonderful. Molly had a very busy day and it looks like she has made more improvements. Whenever we get good news, it is usually accompanied with bad. More surgeries. More pain. She cried a lot today. No parent ever wants to see their child cry, especially not for this reason. We will find a way to help her through this the best way we can.
Katy, Molly is really happy when you are here. You are her idol.
Good night to all the babies everywhere. May the angels watch over you while you sleep. Love you.

Hello Bob, Bernie, Katy, and Molly, The news does get better each day. I am sure this is hard for you guys to watch your sweet daughter cry, but remember she is in great hands, and it will only get better. I continue to pray for you all.
Yesterday I went to the doctor because my wife say's I don't remember anything anymore. So I told the doctor I can't remember anymore. He asked how long this problem has been going on. I said, "what problem". Stay strong and stay cool, Denver Bob

Bernie, as hard as it must be to watch Molly cry, it is good she is doing so. Everyday for Molly is getting better and her crying will help her accept the inevitable...and let her move on with the emotional side of her healing. So glad to hear the picu is comfortable for you. Every day improves, even with the set backs. My prayers are, continuing, with you.

Molly, your beautiful picture is everywhere in Denver. From the hair salon, who did a benefit, to the Curves workout place, who did a blood drive, to the swim club, which posts your blog and posters for kids to sign, your story surrounds us. That means more good energy and prayers keep coming your way. Denver is behind you and there to help.

Cousin Bernadine and Bob, I have been reading this everyday since I received the news and was shocked beyond belief. All of us in Az are praying for all of you. I know Molly will make it and all of you have so much support and love from everyone across the country. I cry everyday when I read what you have to say. But it gets better everyday. Thank you for the daily updates and letting everyone know how she is doing. Give her all our love and let her know that she has soo much love from everyone including strangers that she doesnt even know. We pray for you everyday. Debbie, Holly, Kelly, and all your relatives in AZ.

Dear Molly,
How many people think of you daily with such love and concern. We pray for you and your family, and may all the wisdom in the universe come to those that guide you in your health decisions. Stay strong little one, oh, if only you could know 'the wonderful' that will happen in the future, I believe such good is coming your way, trust and believe.

Dear Molly, Katy, Bernie and Bob
I'm so glad to see that Molly is making progress. Baby steps, but none the less steps forward. It will be a journey, and all of us will be there with you every step of the way.You never have to be alone, unless you want to be. Know that as frustrating as things can become, and they will,in the end you and your amazing family will triumph.
We are back in town so if you need help with the swimathon link please let us know.

Bob, Bernie, Katy, and Molly,

It is good that things are going well since the move. As with the intensive care, we are always thinking about you and praying for you.

Jay

Denver Bob--I once asked a fellow that I was working with (true story) who was married for 55 years or so. I asked him, "How do I know when I forget things? My wife tells me that we had a conversation and was supposed to do something. Not only did I not do the something, but I can't even remember the conversation. So, is it me losing my memory, or is it my wife losing her mind-and the conversation really never happened." He said quite simply, "Your wife is right. You forgot. That is life."
